Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders

All orders placed before 12 am UTC +1, workdays, are typically sent out the same day and will arrive within 2-5 days when shipped within the EU and 3-7 days to countries outside the EU. All orders are processed at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden. We operate Monday to Friday with an exception of Swedish public holidays. At the check-out, you can choose the available freight alternative that suits you best.

Taxes and Duties within the EU

Shipments within the European Union are not subject to import taxes and duties, meaning you will only pay what is shown in checkout. The prices on our website include your local VAT.

Taxes and Duties outside the EU

Shipments to some countries outside the European Union might be subject to import taxes and duties, meaning you will be charged by your local customs. Shipments to the USA are exempt from customs duties on orders up to $800. The prices on our website are then shown without VAT and local customs. 

Unclaimed packages

If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent them by our forwarder, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of 30 EUR/30 USD or equal in your local currency.
