The star of our Sympatex garments is the copolymer used in the 3-layer fabric, emitting a staggering 50 times less CO2 compared to traditional PTFE polymers. To offset the remaining emissions, Sympatex has actively been participating in certified climate protection projects since 2017. Adding to the sustainability quotient, the upper fabric and backing are exclusively crafted from 100% recycled PES, saving around 90% water, approximately 2/3 energy, and about 1/3 CO2 compared to virgin oil fibers.

The commitment to environmental stewardship doesn't end there. The 100% recyclable Sympatex membrane ensures that these garments seamlessly re-enter the textile cycle, contributing to a closed-loop fashion ecosystem.
