Shipping & delivery

We ship to all countries in Scandinavia, Europe and North America.

Shipping within Sweden: 1-2 working days.
Shipping within Europe: 2-3 working days.
Shipping to North Ameria: 3-5 working days.

Orders placed on weekends are sent no later than the following Monday. Should delivery delays occur, please contact our customer service and we will help you. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as your payment method, you can also contact Klarna directly to extend your invoice.

We ship all our products from our warehouse outside of Stockholm, Sweden.

Shipping within Sweden are handled by Postnord and Budbee. International orders are handled by UPS and DHL.

Returns, exchange & refunds

You can always return your garment within 30 days from the day you receive the package. Return items must be unused, clean and unwashed.

The return shipping label is enclosed with the order. If you have not recieved the shipping label, please contact us at hello@arcticlegacy.store.

If you want to exchange a product, the easiest and quickest way is to return the first order, and then place a new order for the product or size you wish to have instead.

Return process:
1. Put the product back into the original packaging.
2. Fill out the attached return form and put it in the package.
3. Use the enclosed return shipping label a give the package to the shipping company stated on the shipping label. For customers outside of EU, please contact hello@easypark.store for a return shipping label.
4. When we receive your package, please allow up to 15 working days to process your return.

Lifetime Warranty & Repairs


Lifetime Warranty

Arctic Legacy proudly guarantees the quality and performance of our apparel & gear. Pieces with defects in construction, materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our expense during the functional product lifetime. The warranty does not cover, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Accident, improper care, negligence are excluded. For any warranty claims, questions or concerns, please contact us via hello@arcticlegacy.store.

Damage not covered under the Lifetime Warranty that is repairable can be repaired for a reasonable rate. We have a repair center that utilize the same type of machinery and processes used in our factory to create the original product. Please contact us for a quotation, care@arcticlegacy.store.

Product details

Arctic Legacy's garments are all ethically crafted in Europe and mainly in factories in Portugal and Estonia. This is to avoid having to ship our garments from around the globe on fossil-fuel-powered cargo ships or planes.

Arctic Legacy use locally sourced premium fabrics made from recycled and organic materials. The large majority of our fabrics comes from suppliers in Italy.

This means that the whole or parts of the garment is made from fabrics or other materials recycled from mainly PET-bottles. This as opposed to using newly produced, "virgin" polyester.

This means that the whole or parts of the garment is made from organically grown, environmentally friendly and socially responsible cotton. This means that no chemical pesticides have been used in growing the cotton. It is better for your skin, better for the environment and better for the workers. The organic cotton also feels wonderfully soft and lasts for years.
