Shorter transports - less CO2 emissions

As a company, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and being a leader in sustainable outdoor fashion. One way we are doing this is by minimizing the length of all our transports and prioritizing the use of renewable energy sources out through our operations. Most outdoor garments sold today are still manufactured in the Far East and shipped on fossil-fueled cargo ships for months to reach the western markets. Arctic Legacy keep all production within Europe and by shortening our transports and use locally sourced materials - we are able to greatly reduce the amount of CO2 emissions associated with our business.

The fashion industry as a whole is known for its significant environmental impact, with large amounts of CO2 emissions generated through transportation and production processes. However, we strive to be better than the industry by implementing sustainable practices in all aspects of our business. By shortening our transports, we are not only reducing our own carbon footprint, but also setting an example for others in the fashion industry to follow.

We believe that it is important to take action to mitigate the effects of climate change, and we are committed to continuously finding ways to improve our environmental performance. By reducing the distance of our transports, we are taking a step towards a more sustainable future. We encourage our customers to join us in this effort by choosing products that are made with a shorter transportation distance, and by supporting companies that prioritize sustainability. Together, we can create a more sustainable outdoor fashion industry.
